I knew he was out in Milwaukee, but I never heard where he went.

Tonight I was watching News12 New Jersey and I found out. He's a coach with the independent Somerset Patriots, the Atlantic League team managed by Sparky Lyle.

Especially considering he's coaching in the indies, not managing. If he really wants to be a manager, he should go to the minors and actually manage some games.

i'm sure him and Sparky are friends from their yankee days, but that's definitely a big fall for the guy.
