Drew Martinez – OF – 5′10 170 Memphis Sophomore
Martinez was a member of Conference USA’s All-Freshman team after leading the Tigers in hitting with a .309 average. He didn’t lead the Tigers this year, but that’s only because a teammate hit over .400. Martinez finished at .377 with 10 doubles and five triples. He was 19-for-29 on stolen base attempts

Not sure how/why he is draft eligible. Only a sophomore and nothing on his player bio indicates he red-shirted a year.
Apparently his father was the first Belizean-born MLB player.
To be a draft eligible sophomore, just think you need to be a certain age by the draft. Maybe 21?
21 by the draft or turn 21 within 45 days after the draft to be eligible. So if a freshman or sophomore turns 21 on June 30, he would be eligible for this year's draft.
