GCL Mets lost to the GCL Astros 8-1.

Gabriel Zavala started and gave up an unearned run over 3 innings, striking out 4.

Bobby Gagg debuted with 3 scoreless frames.

Unfortunately in the middle Jimber Mueses gave up 6 runs in 1.1 innings.

Offensively, Wilfredo Tovar had 2 hits, a walk, a run, and 3 steals.

Eric Campbell returns to the lineup for the first time since he was injured on May 26.

Unfortunately, his roster spot is at the expense of Elvin Ramirez, who goes on the DL. Hopefully they are just shutting him down for a short time and he isn't seriously injured.

Also, St. Lucie activated Scott Moviel. Julio Rivera went on the DL to make room.
