REPORT: Mets Fire Tony Bernazard (pg. 7)

So, something is happening, but we just don't know what (LOL).

Coming off of 2 wins, I highly doubt its a firing of someone (maybe Tony but it seems like they've nipped that in the bud), but I also highly doubt Omar is making a trade. Maybe its the long awaited release of the Anvil (the day of Rubin writing a column saying he's safe-- just to stick it to Adam!) and the promotion of Lucas Duda.

I've heard some whispers Beltran will be shut down for the year but don't quote me on that.

ive been a metsblog reader for awhile and i dont think i've ever seen a post like that... strange.. but interesting!

i would guess its to announce some type of roster move or injury update like metro suggested
