I thought the DO said they might follow the Rangers ala Perez for some of the highly touted guys like Mejia and Familiar?
If you read Sandy's quotes they are more "we won't close the door on Mejia starting down the road " then the plan being he's going to start next year. DePo mentioned Feliz/Ogando before the year but Sandy's statements have been far more "we see him as a reliever, you never know what might happen in a few years".

How about Tony's boy Francisco!
And Travis, Degrom, Campbell and Harrison?
Havens proves walks are overrated since that's all he is doing!
Also any word that Marquez is in extended?
Don't quote me but unlike Montgomery, Marquez hasn't made one mention of extended on twitter and he tweets non-stop. Not saying it means anything but he hasn't made any baseball references at all that I can recall.
That made me go check and he actually tweeted on May 25 that he played in his first game and got a hit! Perhaps he'll be Kingsport bound.
That's why I said "don't quote me" The other guys seem to tweet about it a lot and for whatever reason he doesn't. My mistake.
