Good win. Don't think it's going to look that effortless for Harvey all the time, but dang if it isn't nice to smile while watching Mets baseball for what feels like the first time in a month.

Now the big question is will we have 35 pgs of IGT combined in the next 4 games combined? Will we have 25?
If they win the next 2 out of 3, you can probably reach 25..

Plash, I misread your signature on here and I thought it said you were 0-9 at games you attended. I was going to say "hey man you think you could find another team?" lol

Its amazing we had to sweat out the 8th and 9th in this game, even IF Parnell survives.
What's amazing about it? That they didn't blow up what Harvey and Edgin did?

What a terrific start to his career for Harvey. Even his last pitch, ball 4, to Upton was a great pitch. Coulda been called either way. And hats off to Edge for his effort. Gotta like the 2 rookies last night with Harvey getting the game ball.
Bottom line is that as disappointing as the slide has been, this was not supposed to be a good year. I have enjoyed the Kirk, Harvey, Tejada, etc... developments.

Ah, nothing like a good rationalization in the morning.

Now if we can only get rid of the Wilpons and replaced them with Mark Cuban the STO master plan can be complete!

Not rationalization. I've been consistent in saying I had no expectations for this year and wanted nothing more than do no harm. I'd much prefer to take lumps with youth than to be "competitive" with marginal veterans.
