Rookie maximums for at-bats (130), games pitched (30) or innings (50) in the major leagues"

If the 2 leaders are within 5% of each other, or the leader has less than 35% there will be a run-off between the top 2. If a run-off results in a tie the tiebreaker will be vote total in the previous poll, we will continue to "go back" in the polls until there is a clear leader.

*Jeff McNeil is ineligible
*Chris Flexen is ineligible

1) Andres Gimenez (SS) AA 19/37 votes- 51%
2) Peter Alonso (1B) AAA 24/36 votes- 67%
3) Jarred Kelenic (CF) Kingsport 31/36-86%
4) Ronny Mauricio (SS) Kingsport 12/33-36%
5) Justin Dunn (RHP) 10/37-27%, Run-off with Mark Vientos 17/30-57%
6) Mark Vientos (3b) 16/31-52%
7) David Peterson (LHP) 21/31- 68%

Went Kilome, I have Newton next. Upside up there with anyone in our system. Huge risk. Saying that... I'm nominating Alvarez.

Szapucki here. Too much upside to bury him. Newton probably next.

Neither Peterson nor Kay made the FSL top 20

Went Kay. First pro year and returning from TJ went about as smoothly as it possibly could. Threw over 120 innings and K'd a batter per inning. FIP in the mid 3s across both A and A+. Works up in the zone and works quickly. I think his stuff may play up. Lefty. Good competitor. Solid profile.

Went Kilome here also. Those are also my next 3 but not sure how I want to order them yet.

I'd assume that those are the consensus top 4 in one order to another. After that things will get more interesting.

I just think by virtue of proximity, stuff, pedigree and age that Kilome is ahead of Kay.
Kay is 6'0, 24 for the 2019 season and yet to throw a pitch above A+. He was okay in St. Lucie but not outstanding. Kilome is 3 months younger, will open the season in AAA, 9.9 K/9 with Bing, 6'6 kid who was a top 70 prospect in baseball before the 2018 season. Also known to be a very hard worker (not that Kay isn't). I just don't see a massive argument for Kay over Kilome.

Santana vs. Cecchini is an interesting debate to me. Coffey is kind of "boring" but he has shown an ability to get on base and maybe the shoulder was the power issue. On one hand I don't want to overrated Simeon Woods-Richardson based on so few innings but on the other we are likely going to place a guy like Alvarez top 15 so what's the difference? Bonus?

Kilome.

Next 3 in no discernible order: Szapucki, Cheech, Kay

I'm in the minority here, but I think Cheech should be Top 10. He'd have been in the bigs this year if not for the injury.
