The roundup for May 14th minor league games: The Buffalo Bisons fall to Louisville; Dykstra drives the Binghamton Mets past the Trenton Thunder; The St. Lucie Mets game was postponed; Ceciliani and Shields lead 12-2 rout Saturday night .

Buffalo Bisons
The Bisons began their eight-game roadtrip on Friday night, but the Bats didn’t exactly roll out the welcome mat. Louisville scored seven runs in the first inning en route to a 15-7 win in the series opener.

Binghamton Mets
Allan Dykstra came through in the clutch with a game-winning, two-run homer in the ninth inning Saturday night to give Binghamton a 3-2 win over Trenton at Waterfront Park. The win ended a three-game losing streak for the B-Mets.

Savannah Sand Gnats
Darrell Ceciliani was five-for-five with a double and three RBI and Robbie Shields drove home five runs to lead the Sand Gnats to a 12-2 blowout win over the Rome Braves in Rome Saturday night. The 12 runs and 16 hits were new season-highs. Ceciliani’s five hits and Shields’ five RBI also set new Gnats’ season-highs.
