The Mets came back to tie it twice, and then Lucas Duda put them ahead for good with an eight inning RBI single that gave the Mets a 3-2 win over Atlanta, a 10 game winning streak, and sole possession of the best record in baseball. Wilmer Flores had two game tying hits including a home run, Dillon Gee pitched 7 innings allowing just 2 runs, Juan Lagares netted his daily gold glove performance and a timely hit and run to key Duda’s winning hit. And for one day at least, The Mets are the best team in baseball.   BOX | RECAP
