Wondering where the Mets offense is? It’s all down on the farm. Zach Lutz, Andrew Brown, Allan Dykstra, Brandon Allen and Taylor Teagarden all homered for Las Vegas in a 16 run 21 hit explosion to pound Salt Lake 16-4, while Jayce Boyd and his HR and 4 RBI lead a 12 run and 14 hit barrage in Binghamton to power the B-Mets 12-6 win.

In addition to the HRs, the same list of players plus Eric Campbell and Daniel Muno had multi-hit games. Logan Verrett got the win pitching five quiet by comparison innings of 4 run 10 hit ball. BOX

Binghamton 12 Harrisburg 6

Jayce Boyd did the bulk of the damage going 2-3 with a 2B, a HR, 4 RBI and 2 runs scored. Kevin Plawecki continues to have a strong season at the plate, with another two hits and an RBI, raising his average on the season to .288. Darrin Gorski had another strong start, going 6 allowing 2 runs and notching 7 Ks for the win. BOX

St. Lucie 4 Palm Beach 2

St. Lucie returned to the comfy confines for some home cookin’ and TJ Rivera, Gilbert Gomez, Aderlin Rodriguez, and Robbie Shields all responded with 2 hit games behind another solid 5 IP from Domingo Tapia and 3 quality pen innings from Seth Lugo for the win. BOX

Savannah 5 West Virginia 3

Reports are that Gavin Cecchini has an injured right knee as he was removed from Savannah’s game after a 2B in his first AB. LJ Mazzilli had the big tie breaking hit late, Dominic Smith continues to find a rhythm with another 2 hits and 2 RBI raising his average on the year to a healthy .271 after a hot streak of 15-33 (.455) since April 27th.
