The Mets signed Pascucci to a minor league contract on April 30, 2008, again in late January 2010, and once more on May 12, 2010. He was originally selected by the Montreal Expos in the 15th round of the 1999 amateur draft out of the University of Oklahoma. His only major league experience came with the Expos in 2004. He has since played in Japan, as well as in Triple-A for the Marlins and Phillies. Pascucci is a native of Bellflower, California.
